Roger Creager

Roger Creager released his debut album, ‘Having Fun All Wrong,’ in 1998, initiating a prolific career in the Texas country music scene. This was quickly followed by his 2000 release, ‘I Got the Guns,’ both critically acclaimed albums on Dualtone Records. Creager continued his consistent output with ‘Long Way to Mexico’ in 2003, which secured a position on the US Country charts, reaching number 63. His momentum continued with ‘Live Across Texas,’ released in 2004, further solidifying his presence by charting at number 70 on the US Country charts.

These early releases established Creager as a distinctive voice known for his engaging performances and heartfelt songwriting. Demonstrating his broader appeal, Creager expanded his reach internationally in the summer of 2007, participating in the prestigious Festival Country Rendez-Vous in France. He maintained his recording pace, releasing ‘Here It Is’ in 2008. This album marked a significant commercial success, climbing to number 39 on the US Country charts.

Furthermore, ‘Here It Is’ also achieved strong positions on other prominent industry charts, reaching number 7 on Top Heatseekers and number 33 on the Independent Albums chart, showcasing his widespread appeal beyond mainstream country. During this period, Creager also integrated his passion for outdoor pursuits into his life, notably scaling Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa in August 2006. Creager’s consistent chart performance continued with his 2012 album, ‘Surrender,’ which once again charted impressively. ‘Surrender’ reached number 39 on the US Country charts, alongside strong placements at number 10 on Top Heatseekers and number 42 on the Independent Albums chart.
