Underoath, an influential American rock band formed in 1997 in Ocala, Florida, has made significant strides in the music industry, evolving from their Christian metalcore roots to a dynamic rock group. Founded by lead vocalist Dallas Taylor and guitarist Luke Morton, the band quickly gained traction with their debut album, “Act of Depression,” released in 1999. The band’s lineup underwent changes, with Spencer Chamberlain joining as lead vocalist in 2003, marking a pivotal moment in their career.
