Will Hoge

Will Hoge is an American singer-songwriter whose career spans over two decades, delivering Americana, Southern Rock, and Alternative Country music to a broad audience. After garnering significant attention with his independent live album ‘Live At The Exit/In,’ Will Hoge went on to release his debut studio album ‘Carousel’ in the early 2000s, cultivating a dedicated fanbase through consistent touring across the American South, often accompanied by former The Georgia Satellites guitarist Dan Baird. This momentum led to a record deal with Atlantic Records in early 2002, which saw ‘Carousel’ re-released to a wider market. Hoge then released his major label debut, ‘Blackbird On A Lonely Wire,’ in 2003, further solidifying his presence in the Americana, Southern Rock, and Alternative Country genres.

Choosing to leave Atlantic Records to regain creative control, Hoge independently released a string of acclaimed albums including ‘The America EP,’ featuring a Bob Dylan cover, and ‘The Man Who Killed Love’ in the mid-2000s, followed by ‘Again Somewhere Tomorrow’ and ‘Draw the Curtains’ in 2007. In 2009, he released ‘The Wreckage’ after a recovery period, demonstrating his resilience. That same year, he performed on CBS Early Show and contributed to the ‘Music City Keep On Playin” flood relief program in 2010. His work gained significant industry recognition, earning Grammy, CMA, and ACM nominations in the early 2010s for his impactful song ‘Even If It Breaks Your Heart.’ He continued to perform multiple times at the Grand Ole Opry in 2011, showcasing his enduring connection with country music institutions, and released ‘Number Seven’ the same year.
