Adam Hunt is a strategic entrepreneurship ecosystem innovator and technologist specializing in developing digital solutions for global entrepreneurial and economic development programs. After earning a BS in Network Engineering Technology with a minor in Psychology from Purdue University between 2002 and 2006, Adam Hunt immediately transitioned to a Senior Information Security Consultant role at Crowe Horwath LLP from 2006 to 2009. In this capacity, he conducted comprehensive security audits and implemented enterprise identity management solutions for clients. With a robust background spanning over 19 years in technology and 12 years in business consultancy, Hunt is recognized as an entrepreneur and technologist specializing in developing digital solutions for global entrepreneurial and economic development programs, particularly in challenging global contexts.
From 2017 to 2019, he spearheaded last-mile distribution and consumer insight programs in Myanmar with major FMCG companies, a project that employed 130 people and directly impacted thousands of households. His expertise was also leveraged in spearheading the Agritech Platform for Myanmar’s Ministry of Agriculture from 2020 to 2021, a project executed in partnership with the International Finance Corp/World Bank. Additionally, he authored ‘Capabilities in Digital Financial Services: Calming the Fears of Myanmar’s Unbanked,’ published by ONOW Myanmar in 2019. More recently, from 2021 to 2023, Hunt led the development and deployment of a business training and coaching platform specifically designed for refugees in Texas.
In 2024, he co-founded ONOW Enable, where he serves as CEO. This new venture is dedicated to scaling personalized support to marginalized entrepreneurs and farmers worldwide through an all-in-one digital platform. Concurrently, since 2024, Adam serves as a volunteer startup mentor at Matchbox Studio in Lafayette, where he guides accelerator cohorts.
