Alie Ward has transitioned from a successful actress and writer to an Emmy-winning science communicator, podcast host, and consultant for major production companies. After her recurring role as Miranda in ‘Nash Bridges’ from 1998 to 2000, Alie Ward went on to develop a multi-faceted career as an actress, writer, and digital content creator. Her early television appearances included roles in ‘Roswell’ (2001) and ‘King of the Hill’ (2002). Concurrent with her acting, Ward cultivated a career in journalism and visual arts, joining L.A.

The podcast has garnered significant industry recognition, including ‘Best Science Podcast’ at the iHeartRadio Podcast Awards and ‘Best Podcast Host’ at the Webby Awards in 2022, in addition to a Shorty Award in 2024. Her work in science education expanded with a role as a regular contributor on Netflix’s educational series ‘Brainchild’ (2018) and as host of ‘Did I Mention Invention?
