Allie Sherlock is an Irish singer, guitarist, and songwriter who has transitioned from busking on Dublin’s Grafton Street to performing globally and collaborating with major music figures. After gaining widespread attention in June 2017 when a video of her covering Ed Sheeran’s ‘Supermarket Flowers’ went viral on YouTube, Allie Sherlock went on to establish herself as an acclaimed singer, guitarist, and songwriter. Prior to her breakthrough, Sherlock cultivated her craft by busking on Dublin’s Grafton Street, and showcased her performing talent early with a notable appearance at the Cork Opera House in December 2016. Her viral success quickly translated into major opportunities, including an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in January 2018, where she performed Adele’s “Million Years Ago.” Sherlock’s career trajectory accelerated in 2018 when she signed a five-year contract with Patriot Records, a label founded by Ryan Tedder, lead vocalist of OneRepublic, solidifying her presence in the music industry.

By 2022, she was actively writing original compositions in the studio alongside acclaimed Kodaline guitarist Steve Garrigan. Building on her evolving discography, Allie Sherlock released her full-length album, ‘Allie,’ in April 2023.
