Anthony Wint was born on September 14, 1995, in Homestead, Florida. He attended Homestead High School, where he participated in both football and wrestling. During his high school football career, Wint was recognized as second-team All-Dade County twice and third-team once. In wrestling, he earned first-team All-Dade County honors as a junior, achieving a 37–4 record and competing in the FHSAA state championship tournament. He committed to play college football for Florida International University (FIU) over offers from other institutions.
Wint played four seasons for the FIU Panthers football team, securing a starting linebacker position in his freshman year. He received numerous accolades throughout his college career, including being named to the Conference USA All-Freshman team and earning honorable mention All-Conference USA as a freshman. He was subsequently named second-team All-Conference USA during his sophomore, junior, and senior years. By the end of his collegiate career, Wint accumulated 336 tackles, placing him second in FIU history, along with seven fumble recoveries, 1.5 sacks, one interception, five passes defensed, and three forced fumbles.
Following his college football career, Wint signed with the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent on May 7, 2018, after a rookie minicamp performance. After being waived by the Jets in August 2019, Wint signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL) on December 19, 2019. However, the 2020 CFL season was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, leading Wint to opt-out of his contract. Wint transitioned to mixed martial arts, with his professional MMA record beginning in 2021. He has competed in promotions such as Premier Fight League, Titan FC, Fury FC, and XFC. He trains at MMA Masters and currently has a professional MMA record of 4-0-0 as of June 2025.
