American singer, presenter, actress, dancer and musician Ashley Roberts has very much become a regular and much loved face on British TV. Ashley is a former member of hit pop band The Pussycat Dolls, which was undeniably one of the biggest girl groups in the world. The mainstream success of that group brought hit singles such as ‘Stickwitchu’, ‘Buttons’ and ‘Dontcha,’ and over the course of seven years saw more than 54 million records sold around the world. When Ashley left the band to go solo in 2010, the group was considered the 80th most successful of all time according to Billboard. Her first time on UK screens came in November 2012 when she starred in ITV’s popular show ‘I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!’.
Ashley finished as runner-up to Charlie Brooks in one of the closest ever reality show finales where she received 49.33% against 50.% of the final vote. With that she was launched to stardom and since then she has been on UK TV many times. She also put out her first solo single ‘Yesterday’ and went on to be a judge for ‘Dancing on Ice’ alongside Robin Cousins, Karen Barber and Jason Gardiner. Ashley has also been a self tan spokesmodel, has put out further music such as her album Butterfly Effect, singles like ‘Woman Up ‘and also has a segment presenting Ant v Dec on Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway.
