Following his intensive training under James Price at The Acting Studio – New York, Essandoh quickly transitioned to film, delivering a memorable portrayal of Titembay in Zach Braff’s acclaimed independent film ‘Garden State’ (2004). His filmography expanded rapidly to include significant projects such as an appearance as Commander ‘Rambo’ in the Oscar-nominated ‘Blood Diamond’ (2006). Essandoh’s unique journey into acting began after he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Cornell University, a testament to his intellectual rigor and discipline which he applies to his craft.
