Ava Kolker

Ava Kolker, born on December 5, 2006, in Los Angeles, California, started her acting career at a young age. Her first screen credit was on “American Horror Story” in 2011 when she was four years old. She later appeared in films such as “Scary Movie 5” (2013) as Lily, and “The Trials of Cate McCall” (2013) as Augie. Her early work also included a role in “Miss Meadows” (2014) as Heather. Kolker’s early career involved appearances in national commercials and various television shows, demonstrating her ability to perform diverse roles across genres.

Her career progressed with a recurring role on the Disney Channel series “Girl Meets World” (2014–2017) as Ava Morgenstern, for which she received a Young Entertainer Award for Best Recurring Young Actress. She continued to work in film, including “Insidious: The Last Key” (2018) where she played Young Elise Rainier, and a voice role in “Red Shoes and the Seven Dwarfs” (2019). Kolker also held a main role as Olive Rozalski in the Disney Channel sitcom “Sydney to the Max” (2019–2021). Her work on television extended to guest appearances in “Black-ish” (2015), “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” (2018), and “How I Met Your Father” (2022).

Beyond acting, Kolker ventured into music, releasing her debut single “The Good Ones” in July 2019, followed by singles like “Eventually” and “When Will It Be Tomorrow” in 2020. Her debut EP, “Ballerina,” was released in June 2023. She has received nominations for the Young Artist Awards and a win at the Young Entertainer Awards, recognizing her contributions to acting. Kolker also participates in charity events, particularly those supporting animal welfare.
