Born Nur Suhada binti Jebat on March 17, 1992, in Ayer Keroh, Melaka, Malaysia, Ayda Jebat is the eldest of four children. Her early career began with her participation in the ninth season of Akademi Fantasia in 2011. While she was eliminated in the third week, this marked her initial foray into the entertainment industry. Following Akademi Fantasia, Ayda recorded her debut single, “Beri Aku Waktu,” and made her acting debut in the telefilm “CerCiter Cinta.” In 2013, she entered the film industry with a role as Zetty in “Gila-Gila Remaja 2.”
A significant turning point for Ayda occurred in 2014 with her role as Armel Aisya in the drama adaptation of the novel “Rindu Awak 200%” alongside Zul Ariffin. The success of this series led to her receiving the MeleTOP New Artist Award at the Anugerah MeleTOP Era. This achievement solidified her position in the Malaysian entertainment landscape, opening doors for further leading roles. In 2015, she starred in TV series such as “Suami Sebelah Rumah” and “Isteri Separuh Masa,” and was again paired with Zul Ariffin in the drama series “M.A.I.D.”
