Bonnie Gordon

Bonnie Gordon was born on March 27, 1986, in Louisiana, USA. Early in her career, she relocated to Orlando, Florida, to work at Disney World after Hurricane Katrina, an experience that led her to tour Renaissance festivals in the upper Midwest as a barker for a Romani equestrian show caravan. These early experiences contributed to her diverse performance background. She further honed her acting skills in the Orlando and Las Vegas productions of “Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding” and was a cast member of “Star Trek: The Experience” in Las Vegas. Her family background includes her grandfather, U.S. Army Corporal Walter Scott “Smokey” Gordon Jr. of Easy Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 101st Airborne during World War II, a figure portrayed in the HBO miniseries “Band of Brothers.” These formative years and experiences laid the groundwork for her multifaceted career.

Gordon gained wider recognition as a contestant on the ABC reality series “The Quest” in 2014, where she was known as “Paladin Bonnie” and finished in 5th place. Following this, she co-founded the comedy music duo Library Bards with Xander Jeanneret in 2014. Their parody song “Gandalf” achieved significant success, reaching number 1 in the comedy genre in Los Angeles on ReverbNation in December 2014, number 2 nationally, and number 3 globally. The Library Bards have since maintained a top position in the Los Angeles comedy genre and have been featured on broadcasts such as CBS’s “Celebrity Name Game” and SyFy’s “Geeks Who Drink.” Her musical talents extended to performing the English ending theme for the video game “Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia” in 2017, and she released her solo “nerdy jazz” album, “Con Artist,” on March 25, 2023.

Bonnie Gordon is also a prominent voice actress, with roles including the Ship’s Computer on the Paramount+ and Nickelodeon animated series “Star Trek: Prodigy” (2021-2024), Rainbow Mika in the video game “Street Fighter V” (2016), and Silque in “Fire Emblem Echoes: Shadows of Valentia” (2017). Her voice work spans various anime and video games, including multiple characters on Cartoon Network’s “Mighty Magiswords” (2016). She has participated in various TTRPG campaigns on Twitch channels, including “Shield of Tomorrow” (2018) and “Clear Skies.” In 2022, she performed as Lavender Terra in the world stage premiere of “Teaching A Robot To Love” at the Hollywood Fringe Festival. Gordon has been a performing member at Hollywood’s Magic Castle for thirteen years.
