Brennan Clost is a Canadian actor and dancer known for his roles in popular television series such as ‘The Next Step’ and ‘Tiny Pretty Things.’ After joining the cast of the Family Channel series ‘The Next Step’ in 2012 as Daniel, a lead role he maintained for the first five seasons, airing internationally, Brennan Clost established a multifaceted career spanning acting, dance, and production. Earlier in his career, Clost earned recognition as a world silver medalist in the International Dance Organization junior soloist category in Germany in 2008, and was named one of the Top Senior Male Dancers at The Dance Awards in New York City in 2011. In 2012, he was accepted into The Juilliard School in New York City on scholarship, one of only two male dancers accepted into the program that year, and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 2016. While at Juilliard, Clost’s choreography was annually showcased in the school’s Choreographic Honours Program and in elementary schools throughout New York City.
