Last Chance U is an American documentary web television series, which follows elite athletes with difficult pasts as they are motivated to become professionally successful. Wagner further utilises her catchphrase and her reputation as a nationally respected athletic academic counselor to begin her own motivational speaking and consulting business, which has seen Wagner work with clients such as University of Arkansas and Coca-Cola, as well as encouraging individual athletes to reach a higher level of performance . Wagner is recognised for her compassion as well as her no-nonsense attitude; the star has served as disciplinarian to the individuals behind some of college football’s most inspiring success stories, this success has led to interviews with the prestigious Sports Illustrated, The New York Times, GQ and The LA Times amongst others and helping over 200 football players academically qualify for nationally respected NCAA Division I schools – meaning that any of her clients who made it to NFL also holds college degrees.
