Cameron Hugh Davis was born on February 21, 1995, in Sydney, Australia. He demonstrated early talent in golf, attending Wakehurst Public School and Davidson High. His amateur career was marked by significant achievements, including winning the Australian Amateur in 2015 and being a runner-up in the Asia-Pacific Amateur Championship the same year. In 2016, Davis further distinguished himself by winning the individual title at the Eisenhower Trophy in Mexico, where he also contributed to Australia’s team victory by a margin of 19 strokes. Davis turned professional in late 2016. His professional debut included a tie for 15th place at the OHL Classic at Mayakoba on the PGA Tour.
