Chef Duff Goldman

Chef Duff Goldman is an accomplished pastry chef and television personality, offering brands extensive experience in culinary entertainment and product collaboration. After honing his culinary expertise through a stagiaire position at The French Laundry and serving as an executive pastry chef at the Vail Cascade Hotel in Colorado, Chef Duff Goldman established Charm City Cakes in 2002. Goldman, who also trained at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone and gained early experience under Chef Cindy Wolf at Charleston in Baltimore, initially operated his Baltimore-based bakery from his home with two assistants. His unique approach to custom cakes, incorporating painters, architects, and sculptors and famously utilizing power tools for structural supports, earned Charm City Cakes significant recognition.

He continues his celebrated role as a culinary ambassador, blending his technical skill with his signature engaging personality across his ongoing Food Network judging commitments and various media ventures, consistently offering brands extensive experience in culinary entertainment and product collaboration.
