Christine Nagel is a distinguished perfumer, recognized for her transformative work across major luxury fragrance brands and her innovative contributions to olfactory design for companies such as Hermès, Jo Malone London, and Narciso Rodriguez. After securing 60% of Italy’s perfume contracts for prominent brands like Fendi and Versace early in her career, Christine Nagel went on to establish herself as a leading figure in olfactory design. Her professional journey began in the research department at Firmenich, where her background in organic chemistry from the University of Geneva proved invaluable in analyzing fragrances at a molecular level through chromatography. Relocating to Paris in 1997, she quickly gained significant recognition for creating successful fragrances across various styles, notably co-creating the acclaimed Narciso Rodriguez for Her in 2003 and Miss Dior Chérie in 2005.
