Corey Lemonier

Corey Lemonier is a former NFL linebacker who played for multiple teams, including the San Francisco 49ers, Cleveland Browns, Detroit Lions, and New York Jets. After contributing to Auburn University’s victory in the 2011 BCS National Championship Game, Corey Lemonier went on to establish himself as a formidable talent on the collegiate gridiron. A highly-rated prospect, Lemonier accepted a scholarship to Auburn, where he played for the Tigers football team from 2010 to 2012. In his freshman season of 2010, he started one of 14 games, recording 17 tackles and two quarterback sacks.

He made an immediate impact in his debut game for the Jets, recording a crucial sack and a forced fumble against the Buffalo Bills, underscoring his ability to generate turnovers and disrupt opposing offenses. His performance led to him re-signing with the Jets in March 2017, where he continued to contribute as a valued linebacker during the subsequent preseason before being released in September of the same year.
