About

D-Trix, also known as Dominic Sandoval, has built a career as a dancer, YouTube personality, and television personality, regularly engaging diverse audiences through various media platforms. After winning the ‘Evolution 2’ competition in Orlando, Florida, in 2005 with his breaking crew, Flexible Flav, D-Trix (Dominic Sandoval) went on to establish himself as a highly versatile dancer. He gained widespread recognition as a contestant on the third season of ‘So You Think You Can Dance,’ leading to his pivotal role as a member of Quest Crew. With Quest Crew, D-Trix secured victory in the third season of ‘America’s Best Dance Crew,’ solidifying his reputation in competitive dance.

His innovative work in dance and online content was recognized with a YouTube Streamy Award in the ‘Dance’ category at the 5th Streamy Awards in 2015. His acting credits include the 2010 short film ‘Agents of Secret Stuff’ by Wong Fu Productions, the 2013 feature film ‘Battle of the Year’ alongside Chris Brown, and a background dancer role in ‘Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel.’ Further demonstrating his creative versatility, D-Trix published the song ‘The Worst Babysitter Ever’ in 2013. He later served as a choreographer for The Lab, the winning team of ‘World of Dance’ season 2 in 2018. D-Trix continues to engage diverse audiences through various media platforms, leveraging his multifaceted career as a dancer, YouTube personality, and television personality, maintaining a dynamic and impactful presence across the entertainment industry.
