Adriana Geertruida “Demi” Vollering is a Dutch professional racing cyclist who has rapidly ascended to the top of the sport in just five seasons. Currently riding for the UCI Women’s WorldTeam FDJ–Suez, Vollering has made a significant impact in both stage races and one-day classics. Her career took off in 2021 when she won the prestigious Liège–Bastogne–Liège Femmes, marking her first major victory in a monument classic.
