Duc Anh Tran, a luminary in the global dance community, embodies a cross-cultural dance journey that seamlessly blends his Vietnamese roots with his Hungarian present. Born in Hanoi, Vietnam, Tran’s life took a pivotal turn at the age of 6 when he, alongside his mother and sister, relocated to Budapest, Hungary. It was here that his passion for dance was ignited, a flame that would soon become his professional calling.
In 2009, Duc Anh Tran captured the hearts of audiences as a finalist on Hungarian’s Got Talent, a turning point that propelled him to establish R3D ONE Dance Community in January 2012. Within three years, the school burgeoned into a vibrant community of 300 dancers, a testament to Tran’s ability to inspire and nurture talent.
Tran’s artistic endeavors extend beyond the studio. His crew, R3D ZONE, engages in spirited dance competitions, adding a collective dynamism to his individual pursuits. Recognized by the World of Dance Network for his captivating YouTube presence, Tran secured a significant contract, further amplifying his influence on the global dance stage.
Not confined to Hungary, Tran has become an international dance ambassador, teaching at renowned dance camps across Europe and Asia, including Fair Play Dance Camp, The Beat Camp, Urban Dance Camp, Worldwide Dance Camp, iDance Camp, and Asia Camp. His choreographic prowess has left an indelible mark on shows like the VIVA COMET Awards, Hungarian Idol, and music videos for prominent Hungarian artists.
