He began his acting career at the age of six months, often sharing roles with his identical twin brother, Cole Sprouse. His early work included appearances in television and film, notably in ‘Big Daddy’ (1999) as Julian ‘Frankenstein’ McGrath alongside Adam Sandler, and as a recurring character, Patrick Kelly, in ‘Grace Under Fire’ from 1993 to 1998.
