Emily Wickersham

Emily Wickersham, born Emily Kaiser Wickersham in Kansas on April 26, 1984, is an American actress with Austrian and Swedish heritage. She spent her formative years in Mamaroneck, New York, and attended Muhlenberg College for two years before pursuing her acting career. Her early work in television included appearances in popular series such as “The Sopranos” where she played Rhiannon Flammer from 2006 to 2007, “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” in 2009, “Bored to Death” in 2009, and “Gossip Girl” in 2011. These initial roles helped establish her presence in the acting industry and showcased her versatility across various genres.

Wickersham gained significant recognition for her role as NSA Analyst Eleanor “Ellie” Bishop on the long-running CBS series “NCIS.” She joined the show in 2013 for a three-episode arc during Season 11 and was subsequently promoted to a series regular, with her character officially becoming an NCIS Special Agent. She remained a central character for eight years, departing after the 18th season in 2021, having appeared in 172 episodes of “NCIS” and one episode of “NCIS: New Orleans” in 2016. Her film credits include “Gone” (2012) as Molly Conway, “I Am Number Four” (2011) as Nicole, and “Remember Me” (2010) as Miami Blonde.
