Justin Kucsulain is an American actor and personal trainer from Detroit. He is currently best known for his recurring role in the Netflix thriller series Bloodline. In 2022, however, he also gained visibility playing the young Albie Roman in Fox’s country music drama series Monarchy. He has also appeared in series such as Homeland, Sleepy Hollow, The Walking Dead, and Chicago P.D.
Born during the summer of 1984, Kucsulain didn’t enter the world of acting until his late twenties, making his debut with an uncredited appearance as a guard in Iron Man 3 — not a bad way to launch one’s acting career! He followed this up with various minor roles and guest appearances, including a role in The Walking Dead, before being cast as Henry Rourke in four episodes of the second season of Bloodline, a Netflix thriller that ran for three seasons between 2015 and 2017.
Kucsulain then landed the role of Andy Burke in two episodes of long-running drama series Homeland, but it’s his role as the Young Albie Roman in Monarchy (which is shaping up to be Nashville’s answer to Succession) and his part in the Kevin Smith-directed horror film Killroy Was Here (which was released as an NFT) that have given his career greater momentum than ever.
