About

Enako, born on January 22, 1994, in Nagoya, Aichi, Japan, began her career as a cosplayer during her second year of middle school. Her interest was sparked after observing other cosplayers of the character Haruhi Suzumiya in Akihabara. This early exposure led her to actively participate in the cosplay scene, eventually becoming a professional in the field. Her activities expanded beyond cosplay to include music and voice acting, showcasing a diverse talent portfolio.

In 2012, Enako, alongside fellow cosplayers Kuroneko and Akira Itsuki, debuted as part of the idol group Panache! under Defstar Records. The group released an album, “Reincarnation,” and two singles, “Kirameki Miraizu” and “Skybelieve,” before disbanding in 2013, leading to a temporary hiatus in her idol activities. She officially resumed her cosplay endeavors in 2015, marked by the launch of a new Twitter account. Her return to the scene was met with considerable success, and by 2016, she publicly shared her earnings, revealing a substantial income from her craft. Her financial success included earning over 1 million yen a month and reportedly achieving 10 million yen in two days at a Comiket event. By 2018, she reportedly earned 130,000 Singapore dollars in a single day at Comiket, solidifying her status as a top cosplayer.

Enako’s career continued to diversify as she ventured into solo music, releasing her first mini-album, “Dress Re Code,” in December 2020, and a single, “Sp-lush Road,” in 2021. In April 2021, she launched her YouTube channel, further expanding her digital presence. Her voice acting roles include Maō in “Armor Shop for Ladies & Gentlemen” (2018–2021) and Princess of the Flock – Miss Mutton and Energy Copyko in “Yu-Gi-Oh! Go Rush!!” (2022–2024). In 2022, she joined the idol group PPE41, formed by her agency, PP Enterprises. Her engagement with various brands and projects, including collaborations on photo CDs, video games, and merchandise, highlights her influence across multiple entertainment platforms.
