Eoghan McDermott is an Irish television and radio presenter, known best for hosting The Voice of Ireland, Xfm Drivetime in the UK and Love Island Australia. McDermott’s show is known to be in the same league as Dermot O’Leary, Russel Brand and Alex Zane, with McDermott gaining a nomination for Best Newcomer in the national commercial radio awards. The Guardian have even claimed that McDermott’s show is the best DriveTime radio show of its genre in the UK. McDermott is a kind and compassionate person, always hosting giveaways and paying it forward on his instagram to over 91 thousand followers, and loves philanthropic work like doing a head shave for charity, posting about Go Fund Me pages or sharing the highlights of the One World Together At Home concert which saw legendary names take part in the concert to raise nearly 120 million for the Covid-19 relief fund. McDermott is also a big fan of animals and has recently adopted an adorable golden coloured puppy named Rua, who his fans love to see.
