Eric Moulds

Eric Moulds is a former NFL wide receiver known for his prolific career with the Buffalo Bills, multiple Pro Bowl selections, and enduring team records. After being selected as the 24th overall pick by the Buffalo Bills in the first round of the 1996 NFL Draft, Eric Moulds quickly established himself as a dynamic wide receiver in the National Football League. Prior to his professional debut, Moulds showcased his formidable talent at Mississippi State University, where he concluded his collegiate career with 117 receptions for 2,022 yards and 17 touchdowns. Following his initial two seasons, Moulds achieved a breakthrough in 1998, setting a Buffalo Bills single-season franchise record with 1,368 receiving yards, which ranked first in the AFC and second across the entire league.

This standout performance earned him his first of multiple Pro Bowl selections that year. Moulds continued to be a dominant force for the Bills throughout his tenure, particularly between 1998 and 2005, during which he amassed 626 receptions for 8,523 yards, averaging 78.25 catches and 1,065 yards per season. In 2002, he made Bills history by becoming the first player in franchise history to record 100 receptions in a single season. His consistent excellence was recognized with three Pro Bowl selections (1998, 2000, 2002) and two Second-team All-Pro honors (1998, 2002).

His enduring impact on the Buffalo Bills franchise was further solidified in 2009, when he was named to the prestigious Buffalo Bills 50th Anniversary All-Time Team, recognizing his significant contributions and record-setting performances during his time with the club.
