Grace Lee

Named US Speedskating’s 2022/23 Female Short Track Development Skater of the Year, Grace Lee has established herself as a formidable talent in competitive short track speed skating for the United States. A consistent presence on the national stage, Lee was first selected to the Short Track National Team in 2022, a position she has maintained through 2024. Her early career saw her achieving top placements in domestic age group events, including a strong showing at the 2022 US Speedskating Jr. National Short Track Championship.

Lee’s promising trajectory continued with her international debut on the Junior World Championships Team in 2023. She delivered a notable performance at the ISU World Junior Short Track Speed Skating Championships that year, securing an impressive 8th place finish in the highly competitive Women 500m event. Her consistent performance and dedication solidified her position as a rising star within the US speed skating program. In 2024, Lee continued to advance her career, competing at the World Championships, signaling her progression to the senior international stage.

Domestically, she demonstrated her prowess by earning 3rd place overall in the 2024 USS Jr. Championship. Grace Lee consistently represents the United States in premier short track events, continuing to build a strong record of national and international competition. With a proven track record of national recognition and top-tier international competition, Grace Lee remains a key member of the Short Track National Team for 2024.

She continues to train and compete at the highest levels of the sport, with ambitions to represent the United States at prestigious international multi-sport events such as the Winter Youth Olympic Games.
