Peggy Glenn, born on July 12, 1944, in Haverhill, Massachusetts, USA, embarked on an unexpected career path in acting and social media after dedicating three decades to the book publishing business. Upon her retirement at the age of 68, she relocated to Los Angeles with a renewed interest in pursuing personal aspirations. Her entry into the entertainment industry began with a chance opportunity to appear as a café patron in a music video. This initial experience led to background acting roles through Central Casting, subsequently connecting her with film students in the Los Angeles area. Glenn further developed her performance skills by enrolling in improv classes at ComedySportz in LA.

Her career gained significant momentum with a role in a PETA commercial, which achieved viral recognition and established her online persona, Granny PottyMouth. As Granny PottyMouth, she cultivates a character known for her sweet yet irreverent personality, humorously incorporating profanity into her content. She maintains a YouTube channel, “GrannyPottymouth,” which has attracted a following of 226,000 subscribers, where she produces cooking videos, including recipes such as “Cheezey Fart Starter” and “EFFIN Amazing Chicken,” alongside general life advice. In 2016, she collaborated with Ryan Eytcheson to further develop the Granny PottyMouth brand as an influencer.

Beyond her digital presence, Glenn is also an author, releasing the cookbook ‘Granny PottyMouth’s Fast As F*ck Cookbook.’ She is recognized for her natural on-camera demeanor, public speaking abilities, and proficiency in digital content creation, encompassing shooting, editing, and uploading. Her acting credits include roles in various productions such as “October” (2015) as Grandmother, “Where Children Play” (2015) as Wife, “Living Room Coffin” (2018) as Haunted House Patron, “Breakfast with Granny” (2018) as Granny Funkhouzer, and “Influencer’s” (2018) as Megan’s Grandma.
