Havard Moseby cemented his standing as a formidable force in cross-country skiing, securing a remarkable 5th place in the Overall standings of the 2025 World Cup Tour de Ski. This followed a dominant season that saw him claim multiple first-place finishes, including the 40 km F Popular race Mst at Mosetertoppen on April 12, 2025, and two victories in the Scandinavian Cup for the 10 km C at Gaalaa, on March 22 and December 1, 2025. Demonstrating consistent excellence in long-distance events, Moseby also conquered the 42 km F Marathon at Engadin on March 9, 2025, and the 54 km F Mst Popular Cross-Country at Rena-Lillehammer in 2025. His exceptional 2025 season continued with a 2nd place in the 36 km C Popular race Mst at Holmenkollen on March 1, and another 2nd place in the 20 km F Mst Scandinavian Cup at Gaalaa.

During the 2025 Tour de Ski, Moseby further distinguished himself with a 4th place in the Skiathlon 10/10km C/F Stage World Cup and a 5th place in the SP C Final Stage World Cup, both at Val Di Fiemme.
