Hein Htet was born Arkar Hein on June 8, 1997, in Yangon, Myanmar. He pursued his education at Aung San Thuriya Hla Thaung Tatmataw High School in Mingalardon, graduating in 2013. He later earned a B.Sc in Philosophy from Dagon University in 2019. His career in the entertainment industry began with his participation in Star & Model In’t from 2014 to 2015.
His acting debut came in 2016, when he co-starred in the MRTV-4 comedy series “Ko Lu Pyo.” This role marked the start of his television career, leading to appearances in a number of other series. In 2017, he featured in the comedy-drama series “Ma Ma Htake and Heritage House” and the drama series “Chit Khun Chway Thi Chit Thu Si” and “Oo Yin Mhu Phit Phu Chin The.” The following year, in 2018, he played the character Nyi Lin Nyo in the drama series “A Yake.”
Hein Htet continued to build his profile with significant roles in 2019, including the lead as Aung Wai in “The Seven Banknotes,” and as Say Ta Man in the action series “Tatiya Myaut Sone Mat.” He also appeared as La Yake Htoo in the horror drama series “Late Pyar Hnaung Kyo.” In 2020, he took on the main role of Ko Yin Maung in the comedy-drama series “G Hall Thu.” His consistent work in television has established him as a recognized actor in Myanmar and positioned him for diverse brand partnerships and endorsements.
