Jackson Robert is a hugely talented child actor best known for playing the creepy character of Georgie Penborough in the hit horror remake IT and its sequel IT 2, and for his work in the supernatural horror drama Locke and Key as Bode Locke. This internationally recognised star first broke onto our screens in 2015 at the tender age of seven years old, with a part in the prime time TV Series Criminal Minds, and over 2015, he also had a handful of other recurring roles in television shows, such as Season 11 and Fear The Walking Dead.
However, it was his role in the film adaption of the terrifying Stephen King novel IT that thrust him firmly into the limelight as a rising star. Robert was later cast in the Academy Award winning short film Skin, as Troy, before going back to the horror genre in the 2019 film The Prodigy, opposite OITNB actress Taylor Schilling and directed by Nicholas McCarthy. This was Robert’s first starring role in a feature film. His work on the hit new TV show Locke And Key, which was released in February 2020, received particular praise from critics, and he is the only original cast member to remain working on the show from the original troupe that filmed the initial pilot episode.
Most recently, Robert received a nomination for the Best Supporting Actor from the Chainsaw Horror Awards.
