Jake Nordwind is a Emmy Award-winning writer, actor, and comedian known for his work on “Saturday Night Live.” After being recognized as a New Face at the Just for Laughs festival in 2017, Jake Nordwind further refined his comedic instincts and writing prowess as a member of The Groundlings Sunday Company. His early career also saw him contributing his versatile talents to acting, with a role in the critically acclaimed film Palo Alto in 2013, and appearing as Ivan for eight episodes of the series Lonely and Horny between 2016 and 2019. Nordwind additionally showcased his writing skills for projects such as Group Date Disaster in 2016 and Backhouse in 2017, demonstrating his burgeoning capacity across various comedic and narrative formats. Nordwind’s writing career gained substantial momentum in 2020, serving as a Story Producer for 85 episodes of Your Daily Horoscope.

His recent acting credits include roles in the film Excessive (2023) and Your Monster (2024), showcasing his versatility and commitment to performance. He remains a key part of the writing staff for Saturday Night Live, contributing to the show’s enduring comedic legacy and further demonstrating his multifaceted talent as both a writer and performer in the entertainment industry.
