James “Arg” Argent

James “Arg” Argent is a television personality and singer recognized for his long-standing role on the reality series “The Only Way Is Essex.” He has since expanded his career into various other reality television appearances, entertainment presenting, and performing as part of The Arg Band. After being cast as a regular in 2010, James ‘Arg’ Argent quickly rose to prominence on the ITVBe reality series ‘The Only Way Is Essex.’ He remained a central figure on the highly popular show for eight years, appearing in a remarkable 232 episodes until 2018. During this period, Argent also diversified his television presence, participating in Channel 5’s ‘Celebrity Super Spa’ in 2013 and appearing on ITV’s ‘Sugar Free Farm’ and Channel 4’s ‘The Jump’ in 2016, establishing his versatile appeal to a wide audience.
