James “Arg” Argent

James David Thomas Argent, born on December 5, 1987, in Waltham Forest, London, England, began his public career in 2010 as a regular cast member on the ITVBe reality series “The Only Way Is Essex.” He remained a prominent figure on the show until 2018, participating in a total of 232 episodes. During this period, Argent also diversified his media appearances, including participating in Channel 5’s “Celebrity Super Spa” in 2013 and ITV’s “Sugar Free Farm” and Channel 4’s “The Jump” in 2016. These early television roles established his presence in popular culture and laid the groundwork for his subsequent career developments.
