James Farrior

James Farrior is a former NFL linebacker recognized for his 15-season career with the New York Jets and Pittsburgh Steelers, where he contributed to two Super Bowl victories and earned multiple Pro Bowl selections. After being drafted eighth overall in the first round of the 1997 NFL Draft by the New York Jets, James Farrior embarked on a distinguished 15-season professional football career. During his five seasons with the Jets, Farrior quickly made an impact, becoming a full-time starter in 2001 and recording 142 tackles in that pivotal year. Prior to his professional debut, Farrior was a standout collegiate player at the University of Virginia, where he earned first-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) honors in 1996 with an impressive 107 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, 7 passes defensed, and 6.5 sacks.

Beyond his athletic achievements, Farrior is actively involved with the James Farrior Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to community support.
