United States Jared Pike has spent over two decades developing his broadcasting career, transitioning from an off-air producer to the co-host of an award-winning syndicated morning radio show, 'Jared and Katie in the Morning', and now also features as co-host of the 'Opposites Distract' podcast.
Jared Pike and Katie Tesh took over the air waves in June 2012 and quickly became a hit with listeners and ratings. They have become well known for Jared and Katie’s War of the Roses, Forgive & Forget, Local Talent Tuesday’s and much more. Not to mention, sharing everything about their lives from the good to the bad keeping their audience engaged and entertained. They are joined on air by their producer Matt, Intern Squidward (Troy Santolla), and Jason Goodman. They can be heard weekdays from 6 – 10am. Their home station, 107.5 WKZL, has won Radio Station of the Year from the North Carolina Association of Broadcasters in 2019 & 2023 and was also nominated for a national Marconi Award for CHR Station of the Year from 2017-2019!

Alongside Katie Tesh, Pike began co-hosting the show in June 2012, quickly captivating audiences with his engaging presence and authentic storytelling. Their home station, 107.5 WKZL, also earned the ‘Radio Station of the Year’ award from the North Carolina Association of Broadcasters in 2019 and 2023, while also being nominated for a national Marconi Award for ‘CHR Station of the Year’ from 2017 to 2019. Beyond his radio commitments, Pike expanded his broadcasting endeavors in 2022 by co-hosting the ‘Opposites Distract’ podcast with actor/producer Bo Yokely, offering a fresh perspective on entertainment topics.
In December 2015, Pike married Kelli Pike, marking a personal milestone. His professional commitment to radio was further solidified in 2022 when he signed a multi-year agreement with Dick Broadcasting (DBC), ensuring the continued success and reach of ‘Jared and Katie in the Morning’. As the show approached its 10th anniversary in June 2022, Pike and his team remained dedicated to connecting with their fanbase, even engaging through platforms like Cameo to create personalized videos. Off-air, Pike is a devoted supporter of the Washington Commanders and the Carolina Tar Heels, reflecting his passion for sports, and also enjoys immersing himself in cinematic experiences.
