Jason Alexander

Jason Alexander is an accomplished American actor, comedian, director, and producer, widely recognized for his iconic role as George Costanza in “Seinfeld” and his successful career on both stage and screen. After winning a Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical for his critically acclaimed performance in ‘Jerome Robbins’ Broadway’ in 1989, Jason Alexander quickly became a household name. He made his Broadway debut in Stephen Sondheim’s ‘Merrily We Roll Along’ in 1981, the same year he debuted on screen in the slasher film ‘The Burning.’ His career exploded with the iconic role of George Costanza in the television series ‘Seinfeld,’ which premiered in 1989 and ran until 1998, earning him widespread recognition. During this period, Alexander also showcased his versatility in film, notably as Philip Stuckey in the blockbuster ‘Pretty Woman’ (1990).

On stage, he starred opposite Martin Short in a Los Angeles production of ‘The Producers’ from 2003 to 2004. Alexander’s diverse talents were further recognized when he was awarded The Academy of Magical Arts Parlor Magician of the Year in 2006. He starred as Cosmo in ‘A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up, Timmy Turner!’ in 2011 and returned to Broadway, replacing Larry David in ‘Fish in the Dark’ in 2015. On television, he appeared in the critically acclaimed series ‘The Marvelous Mrs.
