Jennifer Esposito is an award-winning American actor with a long and successful career in film and television. Among her biggest roles to date are Ria in the 2004 box-office hit Crash, Detective Jackie Curatola in Blue Bloods, Special Agent Alex Quinn in NCIS, and Nina Solloway in The Affair. She continues to appear in major series, with her recent roles includes including Susan Raynor in The Boys and Brenda in Awkwafina is Nora from Queens.
Esposito hails from New York. She first got into television in the mid-1990s, making various guest appearances before getting her first regular part as Stacey Paterno in the Michael J. Fox sitcom Spin City. Her early filmography included the likes of I Still Know What You Did Last Summer and Spike Lee films such as He Got Same and the controversial Summer of Sam. During the early 2000s, she continued to appear in film and had her biggest success with Crash, a crime drama that won its cast numerous ensemble awards, including a Screen Actors Guild Award.
