Jessica Harmon

Jessica Harmon has built a career as both an accomplished actress and a prolific director in film and television. After establishing a consistent presence in television and film, Jessica Harmon received a Leo Award in 2010 for Best Performance in a Music, Comedy or Variety Program or Series for her role in the television pilot Wolf Canyon. Her early career began in the late 1990s with roles in television series such as The Outer Limits (1997-1998) and The New Addams Family (1998), followed by appearances in Pasadena (2001-2002) and Life As We Know It (2004). Harmon made her feature film debut in Agent Cody Banks (2003) and further demonstrated her versatility with roles in the horror films Black Christmas (2006) and Hollow Man 2 (2006).

Her 2022 directorial projects included Girl in the Shed: The Kidnapping of Abby Hernandez for Lifetime and Fit for Christmas for CBS, showcasing her ability to navigate diverse genres and network demands. Harmon continued her directing momentum into 2023 with A Paris Proposal and Dream Moms for Hallmark Channel, alongside Aurora Teagarden Mysteries: Something New for Hallmark Movies & Mysteries. In 2024, she co-directed Tipline Mysteries: Dial 1 for Murder for Hallmark Mystery with Cynde Harmon, and helmed two additional Aurora Teagarden Mysteries films: A Lesson in Murder and Death at the Diner for Hallmark+. Further expanding her directorial slate, Harmon is currently in pre-production for the upcoming TV Movie All the Familiar Places.
