Jessica Sophia Wright was born on September 14, 1985, in London, England. She earned a degree in Business & Marketing Management from Westminster University, where her final dissertation focused on celebrity endorsements. Her career began to gain public recognition in 2010 when she joined the cast of the ITVBe reality series *The Only Way Is Essex* (TOWIE). She remained a prominent figure on the show for five years and 16 series, departing in February 2016. During her time on TOWIE, she became a recognizable personality in British television.
Following her success in reality television, Wright expanded into the music industry. In December 2011, she contributed to a Christmas single released by the TOWIE cast. In 2012, she signed a three-single deal with All Around the World and released her debut single, “Dance All Night,” which reached number 36 on the UK Singles Chart. She followed this with two more singles, “Dominoes” in 2013, which charted on the UK Official Dance Chart at number 36, and “Come With Me” later that year. In addition to her music and television work, Wright has pursued acting, appearing as Amsterdam Girl in the 2019 film *Rise of the Footsoldier: The Heist*. She has also engaged in fashion design, launching her own footwear collection with Laceys’ Footwear and an underwear range called ‘With Love, Jess,’ in collaboration with designer Alexis Smith.
Beyond her professional achievements, Wright has navigated personal milestones. She married William Lee-Kemp in September 2021 and welcomed their son, Presley, in May 2022. In 2024, she publicly shared that her son was diagnosed with a rare congenital heart disease, requiring future surgery. She also underwent surgery herself to remove breast implants, advocating for natural beauty. Wright continues to be active in media, appearing on shows such as *Big Star’s Bigger Star* in 2018 and *BBC Morning Live*.
