About

He graduated from Santaluces Community High School. By 1988, Pagliarulo served as a store president for Domino’s Pizza. His professional career in media commenced in 1989 with radio work in Palm Beach County, Florida. He subsequently transitioned to television news, where he held various roles including main anchor at WEYI-TV in Saginaw/Flint, Michigan, from 1994 to 1996. He also served as morning and noon anchor at WWMT in Kalamazoo/Grand Rapids, Michigan, from 1996 to 1997. Following this, he was the main anchor, managing editor, and later news director at WLAJ in Lansing/Jackson, Michigan, from 1997 to 2002.

From 2002 to 2005, Pagliarulo was the main anchor at WRGB in Schenectady, New York. During this period and afterwards, he also hosted talk shows at WHAM in Rochester, New York, and WXDX (now WDTW) in Detroit, Michigan. In 2005, Pagliarulo fully transitioned into talk radio, initiating his daily talk show on iHeartMedia’s WOAI 1200 in San Antonio, Texas. His program was also broadcast on KPRC Houston, KEX Portland, KHOW Denver, and KTLK Minneapolis. After the departure of Andy Dean from “America Now” in 2014, Pagliarulo’s weekday program, retitled “The Joe Pags Show,” was broadcast to approximately 130 “America Now” affiliates for nearly a year.

Following the “America Now” fill-in period, “The Joe Pags Show” began its own syndication through Compass Media Networks. As of August 2022, the show is heard on over 160 stations, broadcasting live weekdays from 6-9 PM Eastern Time. Additionally, he hosted “The Weekend with Joe Pags,” a nationally syndicated radio talk show through Premiere Networks, which he concluded in 2022. “The Joe Pags Show” became based at KTSA radio in San Antonio as of July 1, 2025. Pagliarulo has made appearances on Fox News Channel, CNN, and MSNBC, and has served as a fill-in host for Glenn Beck’s television and radio programs.
