Joshua Kyle Beauchamp was born on March 31, 2000, in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and grew up in St. Albert, Alberta. He began dance lessons at the age of six, developing skills that would eventually lead him to international recognition. Before joining Now United, Beauchamp was a part of notable dance companies NXG Company and ImmaBeast. His talent for dance was showcased on American reality television, where he appeared on “World of Dance season 1” as a member of ImmaBeast, and later on “World of Dance season 2” as a duo with his childhood friend, Taylor Hatala. These early experiences on competitive stages laid the groundwork for his future in entertainment.

In 2017, music producer Simon Fuller invited Beauchamp to audition for Now United, a global pop group. Although he initially sought to represent the United States due to his mother’s American citizenship, Fuller learned of his Canadian heritage and allowed him to represent Canada, becoming one of the founding members. As a member of Now United, Beauchamp was part of a group that visited over 30 countries and accumulated over 1 billion video views on YouTube. His tenure with the group involved extensive touring and recording, contributing to numerous singles and musical projects. Beauchamp’s involvement extended to significant projects like being featured in the music video for Justin Bieber’s song “That’s What Love Is” in 2020, alongside dancer Charlize Glass.

Beauchamp announced his departure from Now United on November 10, 2022, to concentrate on his solo music career. His final public appearance with the group was during the “Forever United Tour.” This transition marked a turning point, allowing him to focus on his individual artistry, including working on a debut solo album. Throughout his career, Beauchamp has demonstrated versatility as a dancer, singer, choreographer, and model, maintaining an active presence across social media platforms with a significant following, and engaging in various brand partnerships.
