Kade Speiser, born in Jackson, Michigan, graduated from Jackson High School in 2013. He attended Jackson College, playing soccer, but decided that traditional higher education was not aligned with his professional aspirations. After a year, Speiser left college to pursue self-education and entrepreneurial ventures. During this period, he engaged in various odd jobs, including selling energy drinks through a multi-level marketing company, which provided him with early experience in sales and developing a success-oriented mindset.
In pursuit of greater opportunities, Speiser relocated to Los Angeles with a friend. Although they arrived without established contacts or significant financial resources, their goal was to build a network within the entertainment industry. Speiser developed an interest in video production, which led to a connection with Jake Paul, an emerging social media personality. Speiser began working directly for Paul as a videographer and editor, contributing to Paul’s YouTube vlogs. He frequently appeared in these vlogs, which gained millions of views and significantly raised his public profile, leading to rapid growth in his own social media following.
Speiser’s increasing visibility led him to become a full-time member of Team 10, Jake Paul’s talent incubator and content collective. Within Team 10, he continued to create video content, including daily vlogs, and expanded into music, participating in a United States tour with the group. His career progression further involved co-founding businesses like Postd and Nonnalisa, leveraging his experience as a digital content creator and marketer.
