Kara Eberle

Kara Eberle commenced her career in supporting roles within the art department and makeup department at Rooster Teeth Productions. From 2012 to 2016, she worked as a set designer for “The Rooster Teeth Podcast” across 185 episodes. Concurrently, she contributed as a makeup artist for “The Rooster Teeth Podcast” from 2012 to 2014, working on 85 episodes, and for “Rooster Teeth Shorts” from 2012 to 2014 for 5 episodes. Her early work also included makeup artist roles for various Rooster Teeth projects such as “The Patch” (2013) and “Rooster Teeth Shorts: Volumes 4 & 5” (2015).

Eberle’s career shifted significantly with her casting as Weiss Schnee in the animated web series “RWBY” in 2012. She began voicing the character in 2013 and has continued in the role for 99 episodes through 2023. This central role expanded into related projects, including “RWBY: Volume 1” (2013), “RWBY: Grimm Eclipse” (2015), “RWBY: Volume 3” (2016), and “RWBY Chibi” (2016-2023).
