Kenzie K

Kenzie K, born Makenzie Kramer, originated from Western North Carolina. She pursued higher education at Brown College in Minneapolis, where she earned an honors degree in Broadcasting. Her career began in television as a news reporter for KEYC News 12 in Mankato. Concurrently, she entered radio, holding positions at 101.3 KDWB and Hot 96.7.

Her career progressed with a move to Tampa, Florida, where she became the Midday host on WiLD 94.1. In 2019, Kenzie K joined B96 Chicago as an on-air personality, hosting weekdays from 10 am to 2 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 3 pm. In 2021, she expanded into podcasting with “Kenzie’s Kwickies,” featuring interviews with notable figures such as Lizzo, Sia, Chelsea Handler, and Kenan Thompson. She also maintains an active social media presence on Instagram as @kenziekonair and provides personalized content through Cameo.

Throughout her career, Kenzie K has demonstrated adaptability and engagement across various media platforms. Her early life included a connection to her rottweiler, Ditka, and support for the Chicago Bears. Her professional journey includes contributions to both local news and major market radio, showcasing a consistent trajectory in broadcasting.
