Kilian Feldbausch

Kilian Feldbausch was born on September 7, 2005, in Geneva, Switzerland. Early in his career, he displayed considerable talent in tennis, making his professional tournament debut in Biel, Switzerland, in March 2021 at the age of 15. This marked the beginning of his journey in professional tennis after a notable junior career. His mother, Cathy Feldbausch-Caverzasio, a former tennis player herself, also serves as his coach, guiding his development from the early stages.

Feldbausch gained significant recognition during his junior career. In 2022, he became the first Swiss player since Roger Federer in 1998 to reach the semifinals of the junior Australian Open. He also achieved a semifinal placement in the doubles event at the same tournament, partnering with Gabriel Debru. In the same year, he advanced to the round of 32 at the French Open Junior, the quarterfinals at Wimbledon Junior, and the quarterfinals at the US Open Junior. These early achievements on the junior Grand Slam circuit highlighted his potential.

Transitioning to the professional circuit, Feldbausch earned his first three ATP points after reaching the semifinals of the M25 Futures in Trimbach, Switzerland. He further demonstrated his capabilities by reaching the round of 16 at the Challenger Biel/Bienne, where he defeated the 7th seed, Marc-Andrea Hüsler, in straight sets in the first round. In 2025, he reached his second Challenger final at the Città di Biella tournament, ultimately losing to Stefano Napolitano. This performance led to a career-high singles ranking of world No. 334 on September 15, 2025, and a career-high doubles ranking of No. 462 on September 8, 2025. He has also secured two singles titles and one doubles title on the ITF World Tennis Tour.
