Kristen Renton gained widespread recognition for her powerful recurring role as Ima Tite in 12 episodes of the FX series, ‘Sons of Anarchy,’ from 2009 to 2013. Prior to this, Renton established her television presence with a recurring role as Morgan Hollingsworth on NBC’s ‘Days of Our Lives,’ appearing in 82 episodes between 2007 and 2008. Her professional acting career began with an early role in MTV’s ‘The Sausage Factory’ in the 2000s, followed by guest appearances on popular series including ‘CSI: Miami,’ ‘The OC,’ and ‘CSI: NY.’ Expanding her repertoire in the early 2010s, Renton embraced comedic roles, notably portraying Allie, Charlie Sheen’s love interest, in two episodes of ‘Anger Management’ between 2012 and 2014. During this period, she also made guest appearances in ‘The Glades,’ ‘Friend Me,’ and ‘Girl at the Door’ in 2012.
More recently, Renton starred as Detective Angela Dutton in the 2024 film ‘First Shift,’ a role she is slated to reprise in two upcoming post-production sequels, ‘First Shift: Vengeance’ and ‘First Shift: Redemption.’ She is also set to appear in the 2025 film ‘Run.’ Beyond her compelling on-screen performances, Kristen Renton is a dedicated advocate for philanthropy and animal welfare.
