Lamar Morris, born on December 1, 1999, in Dagenham, Essex, England, embarked on his performing arts journey early, participating in dance productions with the YMCA Tensing dance team in 2010. His talent led him to sign with the Rhodes agency drama school. In 2011, Morris made his acting debut in an episode of the British television series “The Hour.”

Morris gained international recognition in 2017 when he was revealed as a member of Simon Fuller’s global pop group, Now United, representing the United Kingdom. He co-released “Summer in the City” with the group in December 2017. Throughout his tenure with Now United, Morris contributed to various musical projects and appeared in multiple music videos, including “Crazy Stupid Silly Love” (2019) and “Like That” (2019). He also demonstrated his songwriting and producing skills with the song “NU Party” in 2021.
