Landon Cider Dragking

Kristine Bellaluna, known professionally as Landon Cider, was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. Her career in performance began in theatre in Southern California. Following a hiatus, she developed an interest in drag after attending various drag shows. Early in her drag career, Cider quickly became a recognized drag king within the Southern California circuit, performing at venues like Hamburger Mary’s with her ‘Drag King Explosion’ show. She also took on the role of master of ceremonies for ‘Bent’, an annual Los Angeles event series dedicated to celebrating drag and queer identities within the community.

Landon Cider gained significant media attention in 2016 when she began working with World of Wonder, making appearances on James St. James’s ‘Transformations’. Her influence grew as she hosted the inaugural King Panel at DragCon, advocating for the visibility of drag kings within the broader drag scene. A notable turning point in her career was her participation in season 3 of ‘The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula’ in 2019. As the first drag king to compete on a U.S. drag competition show, her victory elevated her to widespread recognition, earning her the title of “World’s Next Drag Supermonster.”

Post-Dragula, Cider continued to expand her presence in the entertainment industry. She served as a judge for Alaska Thunderfuck’s “Drag Queen of the Year Pageant” in 2019 and hosted Pride Union’s 18th Annual Drag Show Finals alongside Manila Luzon in 2020. Her commitment to drag and queer artistry extends to digital platforms, as evidenced by her hosting of ‘Socially Distant’, a digital drag livestream launched in April 2020. More recently, she has appeared in the HBO reality series ‘We’re Here’ (2020), Hulu’s ‘Huluween Dragstravaganza’ (2022), and as a regular judge on the Canadian drag competition series ‘Call Me Mother’ (2022). She was also announced as a rotating judge for the fifth season of ‘The Boulet Brothers’ Dragula’ in 2023, solidifying her continued impact on the drag community.
