Jesse Kove

Jesse Kove was born in Los Angeles, California, on November 2, 1990, into a family deeply rooted in film, television, and theater. From a young age, he developed a passion for the entertainment world, frequently using his father’s video camera to create films and perform sketches for his family by the age of 10. This early exposure and enthusiasm led him to study performing arts and improv throughout his youth and into high school. He further cultivated his craft by venturing to New York to perform off-Broadway, demonstrating his commitment to acting.

Kove transitioned from theatrical roles to significant appearances in film and television. His career includes co-starring alongside Joseph Fiennes in the World War II drama “On Wings of Eagles” (2016). He also appeared in the 2017 thriller “Bring Me a Dream” and co-produced and co-starred in the teen crime drama “As Night Comes” (2014). His work extends to the SyFy channel’s “Axe Giant” (2013), and various other films such as “The Shadow” (2015), “Show No Mercy” (2018), and “The Black Hole” (2016). He also co-starred in the first-ever live-streamed episodic series, “Steve The Intern” (2016).

Notably, Kove joined the cast of the popular television series “Cobra Kai” in 2021, playing the role of David. This role connects him to the “Karate Kid” universe, which brought his father, Martin Kove, widespread recognition. His recent work also includes an appearance in NBC’s “Magnum P.I.” (2024). He has also worked on projects such as “D-Day: Battle of Omaha Beach” (2019) and the video game “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III” (2023), where he voiced Manoel ‘Hammer’.
